Physical Therapy
Manual Therapy: It consists of hands on treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Different techniques are used specific to its condition of the patient. It improves range of motion, increases blood flow to the area, reduces inflammation and swelling of soft tissue, and promotes relaxation.
Therapeutic Exercise: It consists of movements of body with teachings of correct body posture which enables patients to properly execute motions within normal limits. It is intended to supplement every day activities, optimize overall health and well-being, and to prevent further risk of injuries and impairments.
Neuromuscular Re-Education: It consists of using techniques to teach patients to properly use their muscles to improve their balance, posture, coordination, and proprioception. It improves neuro-connection between your muscle and joints to your brain.
Dry Needling: It is a technique used to treat muscle aches and pain. It is also used during trigger point release. Dry needling is different from acupuncture as it only focuses on superficial muscles tightness, spasm, and tenderness.

Fascial Movement Taping: We use variety of taping method to decrease pain, to decompress an area of swelling or inflammation, to improve joint movements, and to normalize muscle tone and stress.
