What Is Neck/Shoulder Pain?
Neck and shoulder pain can be debilitating and frustrating and cause decline of your physical and mental performance. Neck/Shoulder pain is very common, and studies show that two-thirds of American adults have experienced at least one episode of neck pain in their lives. It can spread to the upper back, arms and hands, into the head and behind the eyes.
