7 Great Things To Do In Frisco If You Didn’t Have Back Pain
Welcome to New Life Wellness Center
For my 1st blog, I thought what better topic to write than introduce some of the fun and enjoyable things we can do in our own, Frisco. Are you dealing with nagging, achy, upper, mid, or lower back pain that has been limiting your activities? Well this blog post should motivate you even more to find solution for your back pain in order to enjoy all the things Frisco has to offer.
- Central Park – No, not that Central Park. Frisco’s Central Park is located off of Parkwood Drive. It offers place for you to take a stroll amongst the buildings and hustling and bustling of Frisco. Make sure to bring your comfortable shoes and your cameras for family photos.
- Stars Rink @ Dr. Pepper Arena – What better way is there to beat the Texas heat and to cool yourself down than feeling the wind while skating down the ice rink? Stars Rink offers public sessions for anyone to skate or take classes to learn to skate like the pros. Also, our Dallas Stars practice in the same rink so check them out.
- The Star @ Ford Center – Have you checked out the new, 91-acre campus which hosts our Dallas Cowboys headquarter, Cowboys Fit (60,000 sq. ft gym), restaurants, and many others. I recommend taking a tour around the facility and checking out all the amenities it offers. Also, it hosts many events such as concerts, sporting events, and camps.
- Frisco Rotary Farmers Market – During the months of May to October, it is open every Saturday from 8AM to 1 PM. It is located in the heart of old Frisco. Local farmers bring out their best of the best and it’s great opportunity to meet new people and to support our local growers.
- National Video Game Museum – If you ever played video games when you are young, this place takes you back to the past. It’s a very cool place to see, to interact, and to experience history of video games. Kids and adults can both spend hours here learning by interacting with different programs museum offers.
- Beavers Bend Park – To me, this is one of the hidden gems of Frisco. It isn’t big but I like the walking trails with alternating elevation. Also, I love going to the top of the hill during sunset and take in the views Frisco has to offer. It’s also quite and not too crowded.
- Main Event Entertainment -Bowling, laser tag, mini golf, billiards, games, and more. I love spending time here with my 2 boys as they can run around from one video game to another.
These are 7 great things out of many to do in Frisco. There are much, much more for all different ages, interests, and levels.
